Seated Yoga & Mindfulness – World Mental Health Day – 10 October 2024

To celebrate World Mental Health Day, we invited Leigha, LK Yoga & Wellness, to deliver two sessions of seated yoga and mindfulness. The sessions were open to residents and staff and were well attended. It was great to see residents and staff taking time to relax and unwind together. We would like to say a big thank you to Leigha who ensured the sessions were inclusive and engaging, leaving everyone feeling refreshed and invigorated!
