Apetito Food Tasting & Jamaican Independence Day Celebration – 6 August 2024
Everyone enjoyed sampling dishes from an array of main meals and desserts at our Apetito food tasting event. We were spoilt for choice with Roast Beef, Curried Lamb, Chicken or Ham Pie, Smoked Haddock & Spinach Crumble and Chana Masala. The desserts on offer were Clotted Cream Rice Pudding, sticky toffee pudding or Chocolate Chip Sponge with Caramel Sauce. Thank you to everyone who participated and shared their feedback. Following the tasting session there was music and dancing celebrating Jamaican Independence Day. We also celebrated the birthday of Sharon our resident on Pickwick. It certainly was a fun packed day!
