World Mental Health Day – Chair Based Yoga – 10 October 2025

On 10 October 2025, residents and staff gathered for a soothing chair-based yoga session led by instructor Leigha to mark World Mental Health Day. Leigha guided participants through gentle stretches and mindful breathing exercises, promoting relaxation, flexibility, and emotional wellbeing. The accessible session provided a safe space for everyone to focus on their mental health while fostering a sense of calm and community. Both residents and staff appreciated Leigha’s supportive approach, leaving the session feeling refreshed, balanced, and connected. It was a wonderful way to highlight the importance of self-care and mental wellness together.
