Our Priscilla Wakefield House kitchen team recently had the wonderful opportunity to attend a catering event, where our Chef was joined by members of the kitchen team for an exciting and inspiring day of learning and exploration.
The event provided a fantastic opportunity for the team to discover new ideas, explore different catering techniques, experience a variety of foods and learn about the latest developments within the catering industry. It was also a chance to meet other catering professionals, share ideas and gain inspiration that can be brought back to our own kitchen.
Our Chef and the team thoroughly enjoyed exploring the different stalls, discovering new products and seeing creative approaches to food preparation and presentation. They returned with plenty of ideas and inspiration to help continue making mealtimes at Priscilla Wakefield House enjoyable, varied and special for our residents.
We are proud of our kitchen team for taking the opportunity to learn, explore and develop their skills together. Their commitment to improving the dining experience is an important part of the quality care we provide at Priscilla Wakefield House.
