Priscilla Wakefield House provides specialist care and support to older people living with dementia and their families. We offer long-term residential care for those who need daily assistance, palliative care for those nearing the end of their life, or shorter-term daycare to enable carers to take breaks safe in the knowledge that we offer excellent care and facilities. Our specialist carers and nurses have all undertaken extensive training and assessment to ensure that we are able to offer truly outstanding dementia care.
As specialists in dementia care, we focus on the needs of every individual order to meet their complex needs. Our goal is to offer a safe and supportive environment which enables residents to maintain a sense of independence for as long as possible while improving their quality of life.

The team is supported by local partnerships with GPs, opticians, dieticians, dentists and other health care professionals.
