Seated Exercise – 11 June 2024

This seated exercise session took place as part of our programme of events for Diabetes Awareness Week – 10-16 June 2024. There are many benefits to regular physical activity. Exercise can help you:
• Lose weight
• Lower your blood sugar
• Boost your sensitivity to insulin — which helps keep your blood sugar within a normal range

Wellbeing coordinators Burchin and Megha put our residents through their paces injecting lots of fun into the session.
