Relaunch of Dicken’s Salon – 25 July 2025
We celebrated the relaunch of Dicken’s Salon with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, led by Councillor Sheila Peacock. Our manager’s mother played a key role in setting up the salon and will be helping with haircuts, ensuring everything runs smoothly. After the ceremony, guests gathered in the Dickens Café, enjoying hot drinks and snacks while being treated to a beautiful song performance by Emmy-Ann, the manager’s daughter. The event was filled with warmth, laughter, and community spirit, marking the start of an exciting new chapter for our salon and care home.
