National Arts in Care Homes Celebration – 24 September 2024

Arts in Care Homes is a National Activity Providers Association (NAPA) programme which aims to highlight the wellbeing benefits of arts, creativity and cultural engagement in care settings. The aim is to promote the beneficial outcomes for care recipients, staff teams and relatives, champion good practice and encourage care settings to develop more creative activities and opportunities. Arts in Care Homes is a programme, managed by NAPA and funded by The Baring Foundation and The Rayne Foundation.

We embraced the opportunity to introduce our residents to different mediums to create art such as paint pouring, eggshell mosaics and mixed media collage. Everyone unleashed their creativity and were proud of their masterpieces which were displayed at reception. THANK YOU to our amazing catering team who provided our artists with an array of delicious sweet and savoury refreshments.
