At Priscilla Wakefield Care Home, we know that providing exceptional care is a 24-hour commitment. While much of the home may become quiet as the day comes to an end, our dedicated night team continues to be there, caring, supporting and keeping our residents safe throughout the night.
We were especially touched when Fawziya, the sister of one of our recently departed residents, took the time to express her appreciation to a member of our night team. Her thoughtful gesture meant so much and was a beautiful reminder of the difference our staff make, often during the quietest and most challenging hours.
The night team plays a truly important role in the life of our home. Through the night, they remain attentive to our residents’ needs, offering reassurance, comfort and support, while ensuring that everyone is safe, settled and cared for.
We would like to take this opportunity to extend our heartfelt appreciation to every member of our night team. Your commitment, patience and compassion do not go unnoticed. You are there during the early hours, when the rest of the world is asleep, providing the same warmth and dignity that our residents deserve at every hour of the day.
