Trip to Thorpe Bay Beach Southend – Dorrit – 11 July 2024
On a beautiful summer day, the residents of Dorrit Unit enjoyed a delightful excursion to Thorpe Bay Beach in Southend. This much-anticipated trip was a wonderful opportunity for our residents to experience the refreshing sea breeze, the calming sounds of the waves, and the warmth of the sun, providing a perfect break from their usual routine.
Our journey began early in the morning, with residents excitedly boarding our PWH Minibus. The journey was filled with cheerful conversations and laughter, setting a positive tone for the day ahead.
The trip to Thorpe Bay Beach was a great day out, providing our residents with a refreshing change of scenery and a chance to create new memories. The joy and satisfaction expressed by the residents affirmed the importance of such outings in enhancing their quality of life.
