Trip to Chalkwell Beach, Southend – 25 July 2024
Residents from Nickleby and Dorrit enjoyed a day out at the seaside even though the sun was not blazing it was dry and warm enough to appreciate the fresh sea breeze and the picturesque views. Everyone enjoyed a leisurely lunch, many opting for the seaside classic fish & chips, followed by a stroll soaking up the seaside atmosphere. The visit prompted the sharing of memories of days out at the seaside with family and friends. Everyone agreed they would surely sleep well after all the fresh air and excitement.
