A group of our residents enjoyed a delightful outing to Tottenham Green Leisure Centre for a special Easter Tea Party hosted by Tottenham & Wood Green Pensioners Action Group. The atmosphere was festive and welcoming, with tables set for tea and conversation. The afternoon featured a lively singalong from Gareth from Chiltern Music Therapy well known to us from the Reminiscence Singalongs at Park Theatre prompting smiles and a few spontaneous harmonies from our residents. The tea party was not only a festive celebration, but also a wonderful opportunity for residents to reconnect with the wider community. Our resident Olga was delighted to meet with her good friends whom she met while working together as nurses. Everyone returned home with happy hearts, and stories to share with those who couldn’t attend.
