Thirsty Thursday – 20 March 2025

We gathered on Dorrit on Thirsty Thursday which formed part of our programme for Nutrition & Hydration Week. There was a wide array of beverages for everyone to choose from and fresh fruit. By incorporating fruit into your diet, you can contribute to your daily fluid needs while also enjoying the benefits of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. There was lots of chatting as everyone shared their favourite tipples.
