Anoop’s ability to always be available to support his team, along with his empathetic approach, has helped foster strong relationships with staff, residents, and families alike. His meticulous care in medication, dressings, and nutrition ensures safe, person-centred care. Anoop’s compassion, dedication, and uplifting presence set a high standard of excellence within the care sector.

Sonia was highly commended for the Recruitment and Retention Award. Her compassionate, inclusive approach to recruitment and staff support has made a significant impact. Sonia’s focus on looking beyond CVs, her empathetic listening, and her ability to build trust have led to over 80 successful hires and exceptional retention rates. Her people-first approach continues to shape our workplace in the most positive way.

Istiyak was also a finalist for the Invaluable Volunteer Award, highlighting the immense value he brings to our organisation through his selfless service and commitment.
