Olayinka was recognised by the management team for highlighting issues regarding night staff not feeling like part of the wider PWH team but not just identifying these specific issues but being a part of the solution and working on the solution with her colleagues to better improve the night teams feeling of inclusion.
Devrol was also recognised by the management team for always going the extra mile in ensuring team inclusivity. Always being the one arranging events for others and pushing celebrations within the teams.
