Our Night Team Appreciation was a warm tribute to the incredible staff who support our residents through the quiet hours. Certificates were presented to recognise their dedication, resilience, and the calm, caring presence they bring each night. The atmosphere was full of gratitude as we shared stories, celebrated their hard work, and acknowledged the important role they play in keeping our home safe and comfortable. It was a meaningful way to honour a truly exceptional team.
