Sensing a Place at Bruce Castle Museum – 26 February 2026
We were excited to attend Sensing a Place, at Bruce Castle Museum, a monthly hands on heritage for people living with dementia and their carers. February’s theme was fossils! It was fascinating to explore the museum’s collection and create art by placing paper on the fossils and rubbing with wax crayons capturing its impression on the paper. There were hot drinks and biscuits in abundance accompanied by lots of chat and laughter. Thank you to the team at Bruce castle Museum for the wonderful welcome!
