Bewechana, one of our registered nurses, was honoured to be invited to share her wealth of experience and knowledge at the Royal College of Nursing Learning Event. Bewechana spoke about the role of a registered nurse in health and social care, their duties, responsibilities, and the skill set required to practice in the setting due to the complexity of health conditions encountered. Bewechana also spoke about working collaboratively with the Care Home Assessment Team (CHAT). Well done, Bewechana from all of us at PWH! We are all proud of you!
