We made the most of the weather engaging our residents in an Oomph session in the courtyard. There was lots of fun and laughter as everyone engaged in light exercise to vibrant music the pom pom’s added to the fun element and encouraged everyone to keep moving.  Everyone kept hydrated with refreshing cold drinks.
