Nurturing Nature: Balcony Gardening & Refreshments – August 2025
Throughout August, residents enjoyed nurturing the plants on our care home balcony. Taking time to water the flowers and herbs brought moments of calm and connection with nature. As they cared for the plants, everyone also enjoyed refreshing lollies, adding a sweet treat to the peaceful activity. This gentle pastime encouraged mindfulness and provided a sense of accomplishment as the garden flourished under their care. It was a lovely way to spend sunny days together, sharing conversations and watching the plants grow.
