At PWH, we truly value the feedback from our residents’ families. Previously, some relatives shared that it was sometimes difficult to remember or know the names of staff members caring for their loved ones. Understanding how important this is for building trust and comfort, we responded by introducing new name badges for all staff as part of their uniform.

These badges not only promote a sense of pride and unity but also help residents, families, and visitors feel more comfortable by putting a friendly name to every face.
