Menu Update – Residents and Relatives Meeting with Catering Manager – 9 October 2023
At PWH we practise person centred care, and one of the most important things for us to do is to make sure our residents’ menu are up to date to their likeness, while also taking feedback and suggestions from their relatives.
This meeting was championed by our Catering Manager, Kelvin who took the residents and families through the menu; explaining the changes and taking notes of any addition or subtraction as it fits each resident in attendance.
Our residents can be sure to look forward to exciting meals that they want and will love. Well done, Kelvin!
