Jollof Rice Cooking Competition – 14 November 2023
Our teams were invited to showcase their culinary skills in a Jollof off at PWH. Wellbeing coordinator, Mavis and Yaa, health care assistant battled it out in the kitchen. Their rice was so good it was impossible to choose between them. Well done Mavis and Yaa for sharing your amazing cooking skills with us!
