Games on the Balcony – 29 August 2024
Our residents and staff had a fun afternoon playing racquet and ball games on the balcony making the most of the favourable weather. Exercise with others has the added benefit of providing social interaction which has been found to have a positive impact on cognition and brain health. Sounds like a win for everyone!
