Exercising Mind & Body – 16 August 2024
It was a busy day on Copperfield exercising body & mind. To begin everyone got their thinking caps on for a quiz. Then everyone warmed up with some chair-based exercise and unleashed their creativity through dance. Everyone was delighted to be joined by Emmy-Ann, daughter of our General Manager Sue Ann who brought lots of fun to the occasion. Thank you to Yusuf our volunteer for all his support
