Exercise On Copperfield – 22 July 2024
Our residents on Copperfield had an enjoyable and beneficial workout session led by Burchin, Wellbeing coordinator. The session was designed to enhance physical health, promote flexibility, and foster a sense of community among participants. We began with a 10-minute warm-up to prepare the body for exercise. Residents engaged in gentle stretching and light movements to increase circulation and flexibility. Residents participated in seated exercises that focused on strength and mobility, with adaptations provided to accommodate various abilities. Residents were reminded to stay hydrated, with drinks provided throughout the session. Thank you Burchin for the wonderful Workout Session.
