Dorrit team got together for a Team Building Day Out this month. Team building helps employees to feel more connected to their colleagues, through the bonds they create and strengthen during the activities. This, in turn, helps to increase employee relationships throughout the organisation and carries over from the social setting into the workplace itself. The team had a great time at Hollywood Bowl at the O2 followed by dinner at Chopstix. The team were congratulated by Sue Ann, our general manager for putting this in place. Well done Dorrit Team, we are all proud of you!
