Our residents and relatives had a wonderful time at our Turkish Night in Dickens Cafe on June 7th 2018. We created a more intimate restaurant atmosphere with candle light and the tables were adorned with Turkish flags. Traditional Turkish music played throughout the evening and many were encouraged to have a dance.

We would like to extend a big THANK YOU to our kitchen team who prepared a lavish Turkish feast including lamb shish, chicken shish, white cheese pie, lamb chops, chick pea rice, couscous, olives, hummus, tzatziki, a colourful array of salad and Turkish bread followed by raspberry & rose trifle or baklava. Kevin our head chef went the extra mile and finished cooking the meat on the BBQ to remain authentic to our Turkish theme.

The evening was filled with chat and laughter and everyone left full and happy.
