Dining Around the World – Irish Night – 16 April 2024

This month our dining around the world experience took us to Ireland. Our catering team went the extra mile to provide an authentic Irish Menu. There were cheesy potato skins to start, followed by Guinness stew or coddle with colcannon mash and soda bread and chocolate Guinness cake with ice cream for dessert. The meal was accompanied by white wine, red lemonade, or Guinness. Our residents came dressed for the occasion and enjoyed the craic! The evening was complemented with some Irish music and plenty of chatting. Everyone agreed it was a great night!
