Our dining Around the World evening took us to Cyprus in August. Once again our kitchen team went the extra mile providing an authentic feast of Cypriot fare including chicken and lamb shish cooked on the BBQ, rice, couscous, salad, bread & dips etc

The evening was made all the more special by the presence of family sharing the experience with their loved ones. Our resident Ahmed was joined by his brother and nieces and Theophilos was joined by his wife. Traditional Cypriot music brought a lively atmosphere to the gathering. A good time was had by all and residents shared memories of the evening for days to come. We are looking forward to the next dining experience in September when we will be visiting Italy.
