Sue Ann, General Manager and Devrol, Training Facilitator attended The Managers Conference hosted by NCF and Skills for Care in collaboration with ARC England. The networking event was to champion and support the crucial role of managers in adult social care.

The programme included a mix of conference sessions and practical workshop options, as well as panel discussions. They embraced the opportunity to explore AI in Adult Social Care: examples, issues and potential and the changing landscape of learning & development among others.

It was an opportunity to share, learn and find solutions and answers to the challenges managers face daily, and to help and support their teams to provide the highest quality care.
