Fundraising for Dementia UK – 22 August 2024
Team PWH took on the Challenge to Walk 100K in August to raise awareness and funds for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity that provides support for the whole family. Their nurses, known as Admiral Nurses, provide free, life-changing support and advice to anyone affected by dementia. Thank you to everyone who donated. We raised £125 with your support. Congratulations to all walkers who participated and enabled us to reach our goal of walking 100K.
