Trip to British Museum – 3 June 2024
The British Museum is a public museum dedicated to human history, art and culture located in the Bloomsbury area of London. Its permanent collection of eight million works is the largest in the world. It documents the story of human culture from its beginnings to the present. Residents from Havisham & pickwick expressed in their resident meeting that they would like to visit, so Mavis Wellbeing Coordinator put a plan into action. Following a leisurely stroll around the museum, we went outside for lunch al fresco. The afternoon was completed with a delicious ice cream before returning home. Everyone said they had a great time!
