Fun Time with Bubbles – 28 March 2024

Bubble therapy is not just for children – it can benefit adults as well. In fact, many adults find bubble therapy to be a fun and effective way to reduce stress and anxiety. The act of blowing bubbles or watching bubbles can evoke a sense of nostalgia and playfulness, reminding us to tap into our inner child and let go of our worries. It was wonderful to see the smiles on everyone’s faces as they were captivated by the bubbles. Thank you to Keith son of our resident John on Dorrit for use of his amazing bubble machine!
