Mental Health Awareness Week – 9 to 15 May 2022

During Mental Health Awareness Week our residents engaged in mindfulness activities including single tasking, focusing fully on a single task. Focusing on one task at a time can help really bring us into the present, which promotes mindfulness. It allows you to fully commit to that task, which can bring a sense of calm to our day.
