Gardening Project – 3 May 2022

Everybody, residents’ staff and relatives are excited to participate in Project Garden, the word GARDEN is an acronym, to represent that a garden is not just a physical space but has several meanings to people living and working in care homes and other settings.
It means Grow, Active, Recharge, Develop, Enrich and Nurture.
The project is funded through the Queen’s Nursing Institute the National Garden Scheme Elsie Wag Innovation Scholarship 2022 following an application by NCL Training Hub. They were looking for 5 community nurses with projects on gardening/garden projects that promote the benefits of gardening and garden among a group of people.
May already started and we will surprise you with some more photos of our climbing flowers blooming in the courtyard. Just wait to see.
